Ordering, Pickup & Shipping Policy

Sakonnet Candle Co LLC currently has a 2-7 business day processing time on all orders regardless of the chosen shipping method. However, depending on the order and day of the week contactless same day pickup is available for all pre-made candles and products for local customers weekdays only. Most orders are shipped out within 2-3 days unless they are a decor candle. Message info@sakonnetcandleco.com to arrange a day and time. (Decor Candles need 12+ days to cure before pickup and delivery)

Once you choose Free pickup at checkout, details about where to go and how to get your order will be sent to your email once your order is ready for pickup. 

Business hours are Monday-Friday. Any orders that are placed over the weekend will be processed during normal business hours. We ask that you allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched with the selected carrier.

Please note turn over on all made to order candles is 7-10 business days before shipment. 

IMPORTANT COVID-19 GUIDELINE: Due to Covid-19 there may be delays outside of Sakonnet Candle Co control. We always ensure to clean, and sanitize all products. At this current moment we are not offering international shipping. Please check back soon to see if this option will be available soon.
